All prospective tenants are screened and must provide sufficient documentation for reference checking.After this initial process has been completed CMAT will liase with the landlord before proceeding with the application.
CMAT will ensure that the Residential Tenancy Agreement is completed accurately
and addresses any special conditions necessary .A bond will be lodged within the required timeframe and a detailed ingoing inspection completed.
Policies, Procedures and Systems are in place to ensure the management of your investment property is in safe hands.CMAT
will conduct rent reviews,periodic inspections and attend to maintenance requests from the tenant.
Craig Hesse has a thorough knowledge of the Property,Stock & Business Agents Act, The Residential Tenancies Act ,CTTT Act and The Strata Schemes Management Act and all their regulations.
As a contract real estate trainer Craig has written property management courses and trained real estate agents on property management issues across NSW for over 2 years.
All trust monies held by CMAT on behalf of landlords will be disbursed on a monthly basis by direct deposit to a nominated bank account as per the landlords instructions.In addition,itemised statements are emailed or posted for taxation records.
Properties For Lease are marketed through local press,signboard ,realestate.com.au, open house inspections and stands at networked locations .
Craig Hesse has dispute resolution policies in place should the need arise and is very
experienced in communication and any negotiations or mediation that is necessary.
